A grand theft at Corona del Mar’s Hobie Surf Shop resulted in a loss of $1,600, according to a police report.
The theft occurred at the shop at 3140 East Coast Highway sometime between 12:30 and 2 p.m. Wednesday. No other details were immediately available.
