Roadwork To Begin Tonight By Crystal Cove

Emergency roadwork near Crystal Cove State Park will begin tonight and run through Spring 2012, according to Newport Beach officials.
Caltrans had discovered stormwater runoff had deteriorated the southbound embankment, causing Coast Highway to become unstable.
