Morning Canyon Road was filled with huge power company trucks on Thursday morning as the power went out about 9:30 a.m. The planned outage affects 214 Corona del Mar customers and could last until after 5 p.m. Southern California Edison workers were repairing underground cables. Reminder: Power Out in Parts of CdM Tomorrow
Southern California Edison is planning to shut off power to 214 customers in Corona del mar between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Thursday to allow crews to repair underground cables. The company mailed postcards last week and today made automated calls to customers affected, reminding them of the planned outage.
