Five Crowns Chef Honored

The executive chef of Five Crowns and SideDoor has been named Chef of the Year by the Southern California Restaurant Writers.
Chef Dennis Brask was honored as the 2009-2010 Chef of the Year, and Five Crowns earned a Four-Star Award for its cuisine and the Golden Bacchus Award for its wine list in a ceremony held March 14.
Brask and Five Crowns were chosen from restaurants stretching from Santa Barbara to the Mexican border.
