Want to Hang Out With the Mayor of Newport Beach?

The mayor of Newport Beach wants to know what’s on your mind — so beginning this Saturday through October, Mayor Keith Curry will spend one Saturday per month visiting citizens at locations throughout the city.
“Mayor Keith Curry wants to provide opportunities for citizens to talk with him about the city in a convenient, casual setting,” said Tara Finnigan, a city spokeswoman.
This weekend, Curry will be at Newport Coast Community Center between 9 and 10:30 a.m. for one-on-one chats with residents. For the complete schedule of times and locations, visit the city’s website and click on the “Meet the Mayor” option on left side of the page.
The Newport Coast Community Center is located at 6401 San Joaquin Hills Road.
