Rose&#039;s looks very nice with it&#039;s new tables and umbrellas.  And it has become a central point for the locals.  The parking in that area is always an issue with the heavy Post Office traffic.  But many of the same people who use the Post Office also stop at Rose&#039;s for a sandwich or donut.

And for many other people it&#039;s a walking destination.

I heard they had a substantial rent increase after the landlord renovated the building.  If Corona del Mar is to enjoy successful businesses which attract LOCALS - then the City needs to help businesses remain profitable, if it takes expansion into one or two parking spots, then so be it.</description>

		<description>They should be allowed to expand the outdoor eating area.  It&#039;s an asset to CdM being able to visit with and meet new neighbors over breakfast and coffee in the morning.  This is one of the places that makes CdM such a great place to live.</description>
