Back Bay Drive Now Open

Back Bay Drive is now open to traffic and recreational users, according to the Newport Beach city website.
City officials closed the road last week because storms had caused mud slides; read our story here. The city used its website, news releases, social media and personal emails to spread the word, although some people reportedly slipped through the barricades and ignored the signs.
