In all of these photos, there is no airplane visible. With normal contrails, you can see the airplane. My vote is for missle, rocket or something else non-airplane.

Sciencedude sent an email back, saying: "There's no date, time on this photo, and I don't know who took it, or from where….Gary" He didn't reply to a message with links explaining all his questions, and he didn't write again about the trails. Which have not been seen since.
