I cannot tell you the amount of times I teared up. All the children (including my 3 yr old) sat almost silent for the entire hour and half honoring. I challenge any private school to teach the lessons taught yesterday the way Harbor View Elementary did. Everyone walked away with something that will not only last a lifetime but inspire more consideration and respect towards our Veterens, US History and the desire to know more. It was amazing!
