CdM Getting Geared Up For Halloween

Local restaurants are getting ready for a Saturday Night Halloween. At The Quiet Woman, fog machines, cobwebs and costumed staff will set the mood for a midnight costume party — $100 gift certificate for best costume, $50 for second and a bottle of wine for third. At The Port Restaurant, owner Ali Zadeh is hosting a costume party at 10 p.m. with the best costume prize being dinner for two. The Port also is offering free fresh butternut squash soup with all entrees and 10 percent of all bills at the bar. “Our treat,” Zadeh said. “Keep it safe and stay in the neighborhood.” The Port is located at 440 Heliotrope Ave.; call (949) 723-9685.
