Oasis Center Construction Update

The Oasis Senior Center construction project is about one-third complete, city officials have said. Underground and foundation work are complete, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler rough-ins are underway. Crews hope to get the roof installed before the rainy season so interior work can continue with few interruptions due to weather. The project is on schedule to be completed by September 2010 with a grand opening set for October 2010.
