In case you missed them, here are Corona del Mar Today’s top stories from the week of Oct. 4 through 10.

1. Newport Beach police make two arrests and find a backpack with two loaded guns on Tuesday after a citizen called to report suspicious-looking young men near Fashion Island. Police believe the suspects were planning to commit robberies. One suspect remains at large. Read the story here.
