Newport Beach Police Graduate 8th Teen Academy Class

The Newport Beach Police Department held a graduation ceremony Thursday evening for 33 teen-agers who participated in the Teen Police Academy this summer. The students each attended eight classes and learned about police operations including traffic laws, the helicopter division, SWAT operations, the K9 unit and more.
