Lincoln Elementary To Host Superintendent Event on Thursday

The Lincoln Elementary School PTA is hosting a Meet Our Superintendent event from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday.
Frederick Navarro became superintendent of the Newport-Mesa Unified School District this summer. He will answer questions that were submitted in advance, organizers said.
The event is open to parents of students who attend Lincoln, Harbor View, Eastbluff, Andersen and Newport Coast elementary schools.
Space is limited, and those who are planning to attend should arrive 15 minutes early. The event will be held in the MPR across from the front off of Lincoln Elementary School, which is located at 3101 Pacific View Drive.
Organizers request those who plan to attend RSVP online.
