Library to Host Special Holiday Book Sale This Week

The Friends of the Newport Beach Library are hosting a Special Holiday Book Sale in the Central Library from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
The sale will be held in the lobby of the library at 1000 Avocado Ave. The books will have holiday themes, organizers said.
Volunteers organize and run the sale, which raises money for children and teen programs and materials. The group raises about $200,000 each year, organizers said.
