Newport Beach police arrested two Anaheim men on Friday near Marguerite and Seaview avenues, reports state.
One of the men, 19, was booked on suspicion of possession of a substance similar to toluene, and his bail was $500. The other man, also 19, was booked on suspicion of manufacturing or selling metal knuckles, and his bail was $20,000. Both men were arrested about 9:40 p.m.
Police also arrested a 56-year-old Santa Ana man at 2:25 a.m. Friday at Marguerite and Second avenues on suspicion of DUI; his bail was $2,500.
