Police have located a 78-year-old man who walked away from his home this morning, a spokeswoman said in an email.
“The missing adult has been located in the area of the Back Bay,” Kathy Lowe wrote in an email. “He is currently being assessed by NBFD paramedics. His family has been notified.”
Earlier today, Newport Beach police asked the public to help them locate the man, who suffers from dementia and walked away from his Eastbluff home at about 7:30 this morning.
