More Rain in Today’s Forecast

The rainstorm that rolled through town late yesterday afternoon was just the beginning — the National Weather Service’s forecast calls for more stormy weather today that could bring thunder, small hail and perhaps lightning.
The Weather Service website states that scattered showers are likely, as well as thunderstorms throughout the day until about 11 p.m. The chance of precipitation is 60 percent, and today’s high temperature is forecast to be about 75 degrees.
By Saturday, the forecast call for mostly sunny weather, light wind and a high temperature of 72 degrees. Sunday should be sunny as well with a high near 71 degrees.
