Five Crowns Chef to Host Demonstration At Fashion Island

Five Crowns’ Executive Chef Ryan O’Melveny Wilson will demonstrate the preparation of two signature dishes at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bloomingdales Home Department at Fashion Island.
Wilson will prepare tempura fried squash blossoms stuffed with house made ricotta as well as Five Crowns’ cherry tomato gazpacho soup. Samples and recipes will be provided.

Five Crowns is located at 3801 East Coast Highway. Wilson has been executive chef since the restaurant reopened in May 2011 after an extensive remodel.
