Harbor Patrol Tows Boat Taking on Water off Crystal Cove

A boat with seven people aboard, including three children, was towed to safety after it began taking on water off Crystal Cove about 4 p.m. today.
The sailboat began taking on water through the engine, and the Orange County Sheriff’s Harbor Patrol responded. They turned off the boat’s engines, which made the water stop flowing, and they towed the boat to safety.
