Wine Tasting Fundraiser Held For New Study-Abroad Organization

Supporters of study-abroad programs gathered Monday evening at the Wine Gallery in Corona del Mar to raise money for SEA, or Sponsoring Education Abroad.
Mindy and Nik Froehlich of Corona del Mar attended the Wine Gallery event.
Dodi Ashcraft and Sandra Carlisle, both of Corona del Mar, founded SEA in October 2008 with plans to create scholarships for U.S. students wanting to expand their educational opportunities through accredited study-abroad programs.
Ashcraft and Carlisle also plan to launch a travel magazine, written completely by Newport Beach residents, as part of their SEA project. For more information, visit SEA’s website.
