Will the usual parking lot security guard be checking ID’s and acting as bouncer or will that be tasked to Big John? If I stop in to buy cereal or something and there happens to be a session going, I may walk past the cordoned off area to people watch. It will be in the corner next to the Frito Lay corn chips and Cheez Whiz rack, right?

No Dan, since some of the wines need to be chilled, the dairy area will be converted to wine tasting. Milk will be available at Gelsons, for your convenience.
