Today at a parking garage, I encountered a typical problem — I couldn’t reach the ticket button when I was trying to enter.

Maybe these kiosks are designed for people driving big SUVs, or people who are tall with very long arms. But I couldn’t reach the button or the ticket, so I had to put the car in park, open the door and reach up for it.

This happens all the time. I wish they were a little lower. I hate slowing down traffic and going through the hassle when it seems they could just be designed for regular people in regular cars.
