I've seen just as bad here in our community. There seems to be a large group of kids that "hang out" at the Gelson's Plaza at the outdoor tables in late afternoons. They are loud, rude, carrying on with no respect for anyone. I've heard them calling seniors "old farts," seen them teasing people's dogs, the list goes on. I was eating with a friend at the Pick Up Stix one day and the kids were so loud, it was a distraction even through the glass of the restaurant. They tend to migrate at the end nearest this restaurant and the Rite Aid. Technically, it's loitering...if they are not there eating or waiting on their parents, there is no need for them to be there. There are a lot of older people that enjoy coming there to grab a slice of pizza from Z Pizza or a nice dish from Pick Up Stix and eat at those outdoor tables. With this sort of environment, it's hard to enjoy the place...at all. Who owns this plaza? Can't we get something done about this? I love my little Corona Del Mar :)

I hate those tables there in general because they are often covered with trashy plates and bags of food, etc.
