From the Police Log: $336,560 Stolen From Home

Police reports state that a grand theft occurred in a home on Scenic Bluff sometime between June 21 and 26, with $336,560 in property stolen. Details about the crime were not available.

Two vehicle burglaries also were reported. One occurred in the 4600 block of Gorham Drive between 12:30 and 10 a.m. June 23; $200 was stolen. The other occurred in the 1100 block of Bayside Drive at 10:58 a.m. Sunday; $902 was stolen.

A petty theft occurred in the 1400 block of Avocado Avenue between May 31 and June 2 but was reported on Monday. The loss was $210. Another petty theft occurred between 5 and 7 p.m. Saturday at Marguerite Avenue and Ocean Boulevard, with a loss of $25, records state.
