CdM Could Get New Gourmet Retail Shop

A retail shop selling gourmet food, boutique wines and artisan beers could be opening in the 2700 block of East Coast Highway, according to a city report.
The 1,000 square-foot establishment would need a use-permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages, and an offsite parking agreement would be required, showing the use of a parking space on an adjacent property, the report says.
There is no word when the establishment might open or what it would be called.
